Not quite sure what to do!
I have made this hare wallhanging from scraps of fabric, recycled card and the beautiful sea-glass my daughter collected for me. The background has been painted with oil paints.
My problem, I can't get it to hang flat to the wall. I hand stitched black velvet to the back and I really don't want to undo it. I worried I might damage it and I love it so.
I welcome any suggestions.

That is GORGEOUS! Can you take a small seam out on each side and insert a washer or weight of some kind and then stitch that back up? it might help, like curtains have in the bottom hem.
ReplyDeleteHOpe this helps.
That's something I didn't think of Robin, I had it in my mind that I would need to unpick a whole section, thank you :D
